The Finicky Fooler Tip-Up is made to be used with your favorite rod & reel combination. It offers varying degrees of resistance settings, allowing the user to target multiple fish species with one simple device. The Fooler is made for open bail fishing, which allows the fish to free spool the line. The user is then able to set the hook and fight the fish using their rod and reel. The Finicky Fooler Hooksetter gives you the option to have your rod set the hook, or it can be used as the original Finicky Fooler Tip-Up with an open bail. When using the hook set feature the release of the flag causes the rod tip to be released while there is still 6 to 8 inches of slack in the line producing a strong hook set.  **Does not come with a large rubber stopper as the Hooksetter works best without the large stopper.** Dimensions: Base 11" H by 6" W Flag 16" H
